Get your food, brand, craft, service, or organization in front of thousands of visitors during one of the largest events in the region. The Lincoln County Fair welcomes vendors of all types — from local non-profits and artisans to food vendors, farm equipment dealers, commercial exhibitors, and community organizations.

Held in Merrill, Wisconsin on 22 acres of fairgrounds, the Fair draws an estimated 30,000 visitors over five exciting days. As one of the few fairs in the area with free gate admission, the event attracts a wide range of families, community members, and visitors from across the region, creating outstanding exposure opportunities for vendors.

Be A Vendor

If you are interested in being a vendor at the 2026 Lincoln County Fair, please call Nathan at (715) 218-8365 and fill out the application. Click the button below to download the PDF. Fill it out and email it to lincolncofair@gmail.com or mail to our PO box (address in the document).

Insurance

Approved vendors must provide proof of insurance with a general aggregate of $1,000,000 for general liability, listing the Lincoln County Fair Association as an additional insured.


Security Deposit

Approved vendors must submit a $100 Security Deposit to the Lincoln County Fair Association. This deposit will be returned to Vendor on the last day of the fair, provided their space is clean to the satisfaction of the Fair Board Director.
