Exhibitors
One of the best parts of the Lincoln County Fair is seeing the talents, skills, creativity, and hard work of our community on display. From prize-winning pies and giant pumpkins to photography, woodworking, flowers, quilts, livestock, and youth projects, the exhibit buildings are filled with entries from people of all ages and experience levels.
Whether you’ve been exhibiting for years or are thinking about entering something for the very first time, we’d love to have you participate.
What Is an Exhibitor?
An exhibitor is anyone who enters an item, project, animal, or display into the fair to be judged and shown during fair week.
Exhibits can include things like:
- Baking and canned goods
- Gardening and produce
- Flowers and houseplants
- Photography and artwork
- Sewing, quilting, knitting, and crafts
- Woodworking and handmade items
- Livestock and animal projects
- Youth projects through 4-H, FFA, Scouts, and other organizations
- Collections, hobbies, and special interest projects
You do
not need to be a professional or expert to exhibit. The fair is about learning, sharing talents, celebrating community, and having fun.
Who Can Exhibit?
The fair welcomes exhibitors of many ages and experience levels, including:
- Youth exhibitors
- Adult exhibitors
- Families
- 4-H and FFA members
- Community members trying something new for the first time
Many classes are open to the general public, so even if you are not part of a club or organization, you may still be eligible to enter exhibits.
Why Exhibit?
Exhibiting at the fair is a great way to:
- Share your skills and creativity
- Learn and improve through judging feedback
- Support local traditions and community involvement
- Celebrate agriculture, arts, crafts, and education
- Earn ribbons, premiums, and bragging rights
For many families, exhibiting at the fair becomes a favorite yearly tradition.
