Demo Derby

Check in your horse, complete the required health and paperwork verification, and get your stall set up before the fair begins. Horse Department volunteers and barn superintendents will verify your paperwork before your horse is unloaded and will be available to answer questions as you get settled.

Before you arrive, make sure you have your original negative Coggins test with a copy, proof of rabies vaccination, and a copy of your Premises ID. Bring your own feed, shavings, tack, and other supplies you'll need throughout the fair. You'll be responsible for your horse's daily care, keeping your stall clean, and following the posted barn and exercise schedules.

New to exhibiting? If this is your first fair, don't let the terminology intimidate you. Your entry confirmation tells you exactly which division, department, class, and lot number you've entered, and volunteers are always happy to help you find your way. Everyone at the fair was new once—we're glad you're here.
