CONFIRM TIME; 8-5 or 12-7
Check in your sheep and goats, unload your animals, complete any required health and paperwork verification, and get your pens set up for the week ahead. Fair staff, barn superintendents, and volunteers will be available to help direct you and answer questions as you get settled.

Before you arrive, make sure you've completed YQCA and have all required documentation ready, including your Premises ID and any required health records. Be sure your animals have the required official identification, and bring the feed, water pails, and other supplies you'll need to care for them throughout the fair. You'll be responsible for your animals' daily care and for keeping your pen clean all week.

New to exhibiting? If this is your first fair, don't let the terminology intimidate you. Your entry confirmation tells you exactly which division, department, class, and lot number you've entered, and volunteers are always happy to help you find your way. Everyone at the fair was new once—we're glad you're here.
