Once the official release period begins, you may pack up your equipment, clean your cages, and prepare your birds or rabbits for the trip home. Please wait for authorization from your department superintendent before removing any animals.
Before leaving, make sure your cages are completely cleaned, your department work responsibilities are finished, and all personal equipment and supplies have been removed. Double-check that you've collected any ribbons, paperwork, or awards before departing.
Please do not remove animals before the official release time. Early removal results in forfeiture of premiums and takes away from the experience for fair visitors who come to see the exhibits through the final day.
