Demo Derby

Check in your poultry, get your birds settled into their assigned cages, and complete any required health and paperwork verification before the fair begins. Department volunteers will be available to answer questions, help you get situated, and sign you up for your department work shift.

Before you arrive, make sure you have your Premises ID, any required NPIP or pullorum-typhoid documentation, and any other required health records. The fair provides cages and water, but you'll need to bring your own feed, feed cups, water cups, and either a bale of shavings or purchase one at check-in. Throughout the fair, you'll be responsible for feeding and watering your birds, cleaning cages daily, and completing your required department work hours.

New to exhibiting? Open Division is open to Lincoln County residents and others actively involved in a Lincoln County educational organization. If you're unsure where your birds belong, your entry confirmation lists the correct department, class, and lot number, and department volunteers will be happy to help you get checked in and ready for judging.
