Demo Derby

Check in your large livestock, unload your animals, complete any required health and paperwork verification, and get your stalls or pens set up for the week ahead. Fair staff, barn superintendents, and volunteers will be available to help direct you and answer questions as you get settled.

Before you arrive, make sure you've completed YQCA and have all required documentation ready, including your Premises ID and any required health records for your species. Once your animals are comfortably settled, you'll be responsible for their daily care and for keeping your stall or pen clean throughout the fair.

New to exhibiting? If this is your first fair, don't let the terminology intimidate you. Your entry confirmation tells you exactly which division, department, class, and lot number you've entered, and volunteers are always happy to help you find your way. Everyone at the fair was new once—we're glad you're here.
